While some of us were busy at home hosting the Icicle Invitational Foil and Sabre tournament, LFC was also on the road! 

Joyce, Maddy, and Coach Brad traveled to Chicago for the Midwest SYC/RCC, and our fencers showed up in a big way. 

Joyce competed in Y-12 Women’s Épée, finishing 35th, and followed it up with an impressive 8th place finish in Y-10 Women’s Épée. 

Maddy took on tough fields in Cadet Women’s Épée, earning 15th place, and Y-14 Women’s Épée, where she finished 11th.

We’re incredibly proud of both Joyce and Maddy for rising to the occasion, fencing their best, and gaining valuable experience on a big stage. Way to represent LFC!
