LFC Fencing Agreements

As a condition of registering to fence with the Lincoln Fencing Club (LFC), I agree to abide by current rules and regulations of USA Fencing. I understand that participation in any sport, including fencing, carries a risk to me of serious injury, including permanent paralysis or death. I voluntarily and knowingly assume the risk of any and all such injuries and release the USA Fencing, Rocky Mountain Section, Nebraska-South Dakota Division, Lincoln Fencing Club, its representatives, and other Club members from any liability.

I agree to the rules and regulations listed above

I certify that I give my consent to LFC or its representatives to transport and supervise the referenced fencer to and from fencing tournaments located across state lines. Supervision includes activities related to travel, lodging, meals, transportation and other events related to the trip.

I agree to the transportation and supervision terms listed above

I certify that I give my consent to LFC of its representatives to photograph and video the referenced fencer for the purposes of advertising and promotion of LFC or the sport of fencing. This can include, but is not limited to: flyers, posting in the LFC directory, and social media promotions.

I certify that I give my consent to LFC or its representatives to obtain medical care from any licensed physician, hospital, or clinic, for the referenced fencer for any injury or illness that could arise during activities associated with the LFC.
